Founded by two motivated young entrepreneurs- Anish Gangwal and Vaibhav Dhandia, INCOCU is revolutionizing the way that jewelry is bought and sold online. The young founders are management degree holders who met at Babson College while doing MBA and realized that they shared the same passion of providing a superior shopping experience to jewelry buyers worldwide. Even though together their families have more than 130 years of experience in the Gems and Jewelry industry, these bright individuals felt that there had been little innovation in the industry since the past 200 years. A fully customized jewelry piece can take up to 6 weeks to reach the customer. INCOCU came into existence where customers can style their jewelry as per their needs within a matter of minutes.
- Incocu built a magento store with no experience in ecommerce website.
- The Current devs lost direction as there were too many integration issues.
- Founders were looking to get a team who has experience in startup ecommerce marketing.
- We started with On-page SEO, updating and adding required tags and keywords in the right place.
- We provided Incocu with a Magento Certified Expert Developer force and oversaw the project.
- In the meantime, we ran in-depth audits for SEO, Technical and Design issues.
- Came up with the Remedial Implementation plan.

- Build some web automations to automate repetitive actions, like adding a subscriber to mailchimp or push orders into an ERP, this was a difficult task because Incocu has jewellery that can be customised online.
- While we were doing the above, another team started working and setting up google and Facebook shopping feeds.
- We then started Social (Facebook, instagram, Pinterest) Marketing, Google Adwords, Influencer marketing when the website was ready to go live bug free.
